The best experience we have ever had

This was the best experience we have ever had in the purchase of a new car. The pricing structure and the trade-in allowance were clearly explained, and there were no surprises. We had ample opportunity to compare several vehicles, both on the lot and in test drives, before making our decision. From our first contact four months before our purchase, Dan kept in touch just enough to be attentive, but not so much as to seem pushy. Throughout the decision process, he provided information about each model and, especially during test drives, made sure we both got to test out each vehicle's capabilities. This is our fourth purchase at Lakeland, and this experience, combined with the excellent service we have received over the years, makes it unlikely we'll ever purchase a vehicle anywhere else.

Dan was an excellent sales rep

Dan was an excellent sales rep and was very helpfull and supportive in the sales process. He was more than accomodating and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family for future sales. Joe Harris was great to work with as well. Lydia on the other hand, was good at crunching numbers, but not so good with working with customers. We made a deal with Lydia where we had to pay x amount of dollars for x amount of months. We had a signed contract stating this. The following week we got a call stating that they could not honor that price and offered a higher rate. We were extremely upset because we already signed the contract, put a down payment on the vehicle, and shook on it. She had no remorse, and kept pushing her replies through Dan instead of calling us herself. We were at the point where we would have never come back to the dealer again because of the situation they put us in. Dan and Gabriel (finance and used car manager) came back and were very understanding and got us a lower rate. It still wasn't what we signed on, but because of their understanding and working with us we made a deal. If I would have worked with Lydia I can almost guarantee we wouldn't have made a deal and would have never went back to the dealer. Dan, Joe, and Gabe were great to work with while Lydia I was not so happy with.Again, Dan was an excellent sales rep and probably one of the best we have dealt with!!!

All of the people who have helped us at Lakeland Automotive were extremely great, they answered every question we had and found us the vehicle that we were looking for. If we ever look for a car in the future we know where to go, Lakeland. We had a fun time looking for our new car and we are pleased with everyones help, they did a wonderful job at getting us the car we were looking for.

Dan is very personable and a pleasure to work with. I was dreading the whole process of buying a car, but was extremely pleased with the my experience at Lakeland and with Dan. Dan was extremely thorough in closing the sale.

I bought a new Honda CR-V from Lakeland. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and Maggie spent a lot of time helping me pick out the color. I never heard of a "warrenty forever" and Lakeland Honda is the only dealership in the state that has it. Since I usually keep a car until it "dies", it may come in handy (Maggie can attest to this since the car I drove to the dealership was a 1992 Chrysler New Yorker.)
